Job Title: HR Coordinator

Status: Full-time

Job Description: As the HR Coordinator at EEG, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding new hires into ADP Workforce Now

Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.

Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

Create compliant job descriptions and job postings.

Respond to unemployment claims.

Administer employee Income Withholding Orders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Assist in processing bi-weekly, off-cycle, and retro payroll.

Support all personnel requests and changes and ensure paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner with approval by department heads.

Assist in administering employee benefits programs.

Ensure strict compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, and maintain accurate HR records.

Retrieve HR-related reports and analytics.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing departmental processes.

Assist Risk Management and Finance for Workers Compensation claims.

Administer the company’s 90-day and annual review process.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1-2 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Must have 1-2 years experience with ADP

Thorough understanding of HR laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong guest service orientation.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive team member information with discretion.
