Laboratory Specialist Internship (m/f/d)

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Laboratory intern at MKS ATOTECH in our laboratory in De Meern, you will report to Anna, our laboratory manager. We are looking for an undergraduated (person who will be a student during the internship ) intern starting september 2025 for 9 months (4 days per week – 32 hours).

As this role is part of an international internship program, we will require an application with a CV written in english.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Prepare and perform analyses.

Interpret results.

Elaborate reports and documentations.

Maintain the workspace and equipment.

Learn and perform analytical methods (AAS, titration, UV/VIS, physical tests, optionally ion or high performance liquid chromatography).

Skills You Bring:

MBO level 4 preferred (MBO 3 or HBO ok).

Working fluency in English is mandatory, fluent Dutch would be appreciated.

You are a flexible and autonomous person with an analytical mindset.

You are a person that has a real willingness to learn and develop.

De werkzaamheden die je zult uitvoeren zijn:

Voorbereiden en analyseren van monsters.

Interpreteren van resultaten.

Maken van rapporten en documenten.

Bijhouden van de werkplek en apparatuur.

Leren en uitvoeren van analysemethoden (AAS, titraties, UV/VIS, fysieke analyses en eventueel ook IC of HPLC.

Wat je zult toevoegen aan ons team samen met je nieuwsgierigheid:

MBO niveau 4 (MBO 3 of HBO is ook goed).

Vloeiend Engels is verplicht, vloeiend Nederlands zou op prijs worden gesteld.

Een flexibel en zelfstandige persoon met een analytische mentaliteit.

Enthousiasme/gedreven om meer te leren en verder te ontwikkelen.
