Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc is looking for regional, local and international bidders for the for the Renew of redhat enterprise Linux server licenses for Virtual Datacenters subscriptions for the Bank’s Virtual Machines which run Critical applications for the Bank and Redhat Satellite used to patch those infrastructures.

Specifications for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 30th April 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on . Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 21st May 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandan Francs or USD, provide a company profile and a technical proposal, Warranty and delivery period, proof of Redhat partnership Certification, Provide the Valid Tax, Company registration and Contribution clearance certificate, Reference certificates from financial institutions, audited financial statements from the last 3 years and any other relevant information.
