Job Description

POSITION: STAFF ACCOUNTANT

LOCATION: SAN ANTONIO, TX

HOURS: FULL TIME

COMPENSATION: $68,000- $70,000 (Commensurate with Experiance)

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join the ATG North America Finance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful management team in a unique industry. This position will strengthen the existing accounting department and will report directly to the Controller.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform Concert, Theatrical, and Other Event Accounting

Reconcile Event settlements

Research and correct variances

Post accruals and adjusting entries

Update schedules (sales tax, royalties)

Assist with Balance Sheet Reconciliations, sales postings as needed

Provide support for external audit requirements

Work with management to continually improve accounting processes and procedures

Participate in special projects as required

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Bonus points for cost accounting experience

Proficient software skills, advanced Microsoft Excel

Ability to work overtime as needed as deadlines require
