Title: Technical Support Agent
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Agent. This role is crucial in providing technical assistance to our clients, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and offer clear explanations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and informed support.
Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the development of support processes.
