As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following

• Successful implementation of the Retail strategy, standard operating procedures and promotions

• Delivering the relevant business KPIs

• Drive the intensive usage and development of the available data and analytical tools

• Analyze and challenge the status quo, initiate new actions to improve sales results and work efficiency

• Achieve best in class customer experience, by using the most appropriate processes to monitoring continuously the product and service levels

• Developing a performance driven team spirit, based on fair performance management

• Ensure compliant operations network wide (at each site)

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Good communication and influencing skills

• Effective leadership skills, even in a challenging environment

• High level feed-back and coaching skills, ability to develop team members

• Deep understanding of retail sales

• Financial acumen, capable of mastering a detailed P&L

• Good command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• English language – conversational level

• Knowledge of the basic principles in the area of activity represents an advantage
