What experience should you have:

8+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying web applications.

4+ years of experience building and optimizing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience developing software using one or more programming languages such as Go, TypeScript, Python, or SQL (PostgreSQL).

Designed and deployed solutions using at least one core GCP service area such as Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, or Vertex AI.

Experience with Docker and Docker Compose to containerize applications, ensuring portability across environments, and manage multi-container deployments for scalable and resilient cloud solutions.

Experience with Git (preferably GitHub) for version control, managing source code changes, collaborating on code reviews, and maintaining code integrity across development teams.

Navigate Complexity & Drive Results: Leads cloud migrations and modernizations, managing complex deployments while ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Demonstrate Expertise & Innovation: Leverages deep cloud expertise to integrate cloud solutions, enhance automation, and develop innovative solutions that drive business differentiation.

Cultivate Strong Relationships & Influence Others: Builds trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing teams to adopt cloud best practices and drive impactful solutions.

Champion Team Development & Mentorship: Coaches and upskills team members in GCP technologies, and cloud-native development, fostering continuous learning.

What you'll need to accomplish in your first year:

Deliver high-impact cloud solutions: Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective GCP solutions that meet client needs, drive business value, and improve system performance.

Advance the maturity of our products and solutions: Contribute to improvements that enhance scalability and performance in our solutions.

Accelerate team and organizational maturity in GCP: Influence best practices, mentor team members, and enhance internal capabilities through knowledge sharing, upskilling, and process improvements.
