BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Project manager for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and other aerospace system development, acquisition, operations, and sustainment efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to support the US Air and Space Forces’ acquisition and integration of next-generation technologies and capabilities within the Sentinel Digital Futures branch. Specifically, this core Sentinel team member will be managing projects that are implementing the development and sustainment of secure network based 3D Cloud Native software to create, manipulate, analyze, organize, and present relevant and timely organizational critical data.

This Project Manager will:

Be responsible for supporting the development of next generation modeling and simulation software in support of the entire ICBM enterprise.

Assist the organization with migrating from traditional waterfall methodologies into modern agile, DevSecOps and cloud native software environments.

Support formation technology configuration and certification for spatial data systems, developing client-server data analytics platforms and providing project execution support to Sentinel Division leaders throughout all phases of planning, restoration and modernization efforts at current and future facilities across the ICBM enterprise.

Work with a highly skilled team providing programmatic support for the next-generation ICBM, the LGM-35A Sentinel, and includes integrating efforts across the ICBM enterprise and other DoD customers and stakeholders.

Provide contributions that will shape the development and deployment of the US Air Force’s next generation ICBM and support similar efforts to integrate aerospace systems engineering, integration, and test capabilities with US Space Force and others within BAE Systems’ broad DoD customer base.

Assist in the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems to support the lifecycle of Sentinel to include test and training applications.

Preferred Skills and Education

BA or BS degree and experience in Project Management or Computer Science
