As a Web Developer, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between design and development, ensuring that every digital touchpoint is both visually compelling and highly functional. What You’ll Do:

Develop responsive, high-performance websites and web applications with a strong emphasis on UI/UX best practices.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life through clean, efficient code.

Ensure websites and applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into functional, interactive web experiences.

Maintain and improve existing websites, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

Stay current with emerging web technologies, design trends, and best practices in front-end development and UX/UI design.

What You Need aka the Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science, graphic design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on UI/UX.

Proficiency in HTML and modern CSS and Java script frameworks

Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for translating UI/UX designs into code.

Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).

Hands-on experience with API integration, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility in web applications.

Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices, including site speed, structured data, and metadata optimization.

The ability to commute to the Birmingham, AL; Detroit, MI; Tampa, FL; or Lexington,KY areas.
