We're looking for a talented Workers' Comp Attorney in Atlanta, GA with 2+ years of direct experience in Workers' Comp defense.

Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from discovery through trial?

Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests?

Can you take and defend expert depositions?

Can faithfully represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings?

Qualifications

2+ years of civil litigation experience

Workers' Compensation experience is a plus

Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED

Admitted to practice law in Georgia
