Schedule: Early Start (0200) Monday-Friday with on call rotations (1 day during the week and rotating weekends)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a reliable and experienced phlebotomist who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a knack for handling challenging blood draws. If you have at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience (with 6+ months in geriatric or difficult draws), this is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of elderly and compromised patients.

As a mobile phlebotomist, you’ll travel predetermined routes to provide phlebotomy services in various locations.

What You’ll Do:

Travel to assigned locations to collect patient samples with precision and care.

Verify patient identity and label specimens accurately.

Process and prepare specimens for transport to the lab.

Complete logs and documentation with meticulous attention to detail before shift end.

Follow all company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Open availability with the ability to start shifts as early as 2:00 AM.

A clean background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

A smartphone for communication and route tracking.

A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and superior bedside manner.

Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

The ability to pass a drug screen.
