Required Skills:
Extensive exp. implementing salesforce as a CRM (need to have expertise in salesforce and CRM capabilities)
Sr. level resource with extensive banking and sales knowledge
Prior experience gathering data insights, commercial banking flow and reporting in tableau
Strong understanding of banking and business logic à they are building a tool for the sales banker journey

- Stakeholder Communication – Acting as a bridge between business leaders, development teams, and customers.
- Maximizing Product Value – Making strategic decisions to enhance user experience and drive business success.
- Tracking Performance Metrics – Monitoring product success post-launch and iterating based on feedback.
