Job Description
As a Moving Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients reaching out for moving services. You’ll manage inbound leads through our CRM, consult with potential customers to understand their needs, provide accurate estimates, and guide them through the booking process. This is a sales-focused role with performance-based bonuses and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to all leads via phone, email, and CRM in a timely, professional manner
Consult with customers to assess move details and provide accurate quotes
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates
Input and manage all lead information in the CRM -
Build trust and rapport with clients by delivering a high level of service
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff of booked jobs
Meet or exceed monthly booking goals and performance metrics
Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, phone sales, or similar)
Experience in moving, logistics, or home services a big plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with CRMs and sales software
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail when gathering move details and pricing
