Key Responsibilities:
Lead database engineering and support teams through cloud modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application development teams to align
modernization strategies.
Enhance Oracle database services with self-service capabilities tailored to customer
needs.
Oversee audit and regulatory reviews for cloud database solutions.
Drive automation efforts using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in database engineering, delivery, and support.
Strong leadership skills with proven success in building and leading high-performing
teams.
Expertise in Oracle technologies across private and public cloud platforms.
Familiarity with automation tools and the Agile methodology.
Passion for driving modernization and innovation within large organizations
