Position Overview:

We are seeking a coachable, passionate, financially-driven sales professional with a minimum of 1 general sales experience with the same company to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment and are passionate about helping clients secure the right insurance coverage for their needs. As an in-house agent, you will have the best coaching and best agents right there in the office to help you get up to speed and maximize your growth potential as fast as possible. Also, if you'd like the flexibility to work from home or anywhere while benefiting from ongoing training, support, and high-quality leads, once you're up and running, we will make that a reality.

Responsibilities

Exceed fair and attainable production goals, primarily over the phone!

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Sales Dealers, Property Managers, and other professionals.

Sell home, auto, and life insurance products to existing clients and new customers.

Generate and follow up on leadswe buy all of your leads to maximize your sales opportunities.

Work with a dedicated telemarketer hired specifically to help you contact more prospects.

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Educate clients on policy benefits, terms, and conditions to ensure informed decision-making.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and referrals.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.

Accurately complete and process insurance applications and policy documents.

Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving policyholder concerns.

Requirements

Coming directly from at least 1 year of sales experience with the same company, no job-hoppers.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field.

Be coachable and positive.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and helping clients.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools.

A property & casualty license is preferred but will license and train you if you have a drive to win & great personality
