Warehouse Bilingual Supervisor

Job Description

McKinney production and recycling company is looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Manager to oversee several departments. Team Player, communication skills, positive attitude, leadership skills and time management skills.

Responsibilities

MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH)

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision

Oversee receiving, warehousing, assembly distribution and maintenance operations

Assure all team/departments are running smoothly and safely

Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

Adhere to all warehousing, ASSEMBLY, handling and shipping legislation requirements

Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees

Produce reports and maintain security levels required

Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager

Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives

Strong knowledge of warehousing, ASSEMBLY

Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases

Leadership skills and ability to manage staff in a diverse environment

Strong decision making and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills
