The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Journeyman Scrum Master who will play a critical role in facilitating Agile project initiatives for USSTRATCOM, focusing on mission-critical applications and systems support services. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical projects and applications. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:

Scrum Master, Journeyman:

Serves as interface between product team and IT Shared Services

Ensures Definition of Done requirements are met at product level

Facilitates all product team scrum ceremonies

Gathers and monitors team-related metrics

Instills and provides guidance on ASF practices within team

Assists in removing blocks for teammates

Participates in all product and software lifecycles, particularly those dealing with Release Management and Construction

Serves as front-line manager for cross-functional product team

Collaborates with senior management on product team initiatives

Defines Agile procedures or standards to execute Scrum Master tasks

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments

Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks

Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems

Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance, training, or supervision to others

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role, preferably in a government or defense context

Required 8140 Cert: 802 - Basic; Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training

AND

Additional Cert: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $59,100 - $124,100
