Do you want the opportunity to grow your skills in cloud and enterprise tech? Then join us! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 2 I.T. Support Specialist to join our growing team. Work hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; this job requires flexibility. This is a hybrid position that combines remote phone support with periodic on-site responsibilities at our Plantation, Florida office to assist with end-user PC builds and deployments.

Essential Functions:

Provide Tier 2 phone and remote technical support to end users across multiple Windows environments

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Assist with Azure-based identity and access management (preferred)

Utilize Dualmon for endpoint or policy-related support tasks

Build, configure, and prepare end-user PCs for shipment from our Plantation, FL office several times per month

Create and follow workflow documentation as needed

Document issues and resolutions in ticketing system

Collaborate with Tier 1 support and escalate to Tier 3 when necessary

Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory

Familiarity with Azure AD and Dualmon is a plus

Must be able to follow and update/create workflow documentation

Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid environment

Must be able to report to the Plantation, FL office several times per month for hardware prep and team collaboration

Reliable and dependable attendance.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, including remote help desk and Tier 2-level troubleshooting.

This job requires a minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. Associate degree is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on a telephone and working on a computer.

Remote Work from Home Requirements:

· Not all positions are remote; some require that the employee work in the office.

· Must have a desk, chair and basic essentials to work from home.

· Must have a quiet work area without noise or distractions.

· Must have personal high speed internet service (Wi-Fi is not acceptable). Our minimum internet speed requirement is 100 download & 20 upload speed.

· Must be logged onto your work computer and able to answer calls during your normal work hours.

Pay

$47,000 to $53,000 based on experience.
