Front of House Supervisor – Bachmier Farms Bachmier Farms Group seeks passionate front of house assistants to join our food & beverageteams at Bachmier Farms and 3 AA Rosette Hell Bay Hotel on Bryher for the 2025 season. We have positions for couples and friends willing to share in roomin a range of Hospitality, Housekeeping, and Retail roles.

Department: Hell Bay Hotel, The New Inn, Ruin Beach Café & and the Flying Boat

Salary: From £12.25+ per hour, dependant on experience

Full Time, 2 days off per week to enjoy the islands. Contract Length: Seasonal, March to October (dates can be flexible) Assist in Training other staff on restaurant procedures and ensuring consistently high standards of service Managing stock and ordering from suppliers.make sure that you have a valid international passport before applying.
