The Lead Manager, Client Shared Services - Overseeing Project Management Teams, is accountable for the functional areas of CSS IPCM Operations. Within this role, the Lead Manager will have direct reporting lines (which may include IPCM Managers) and is accountable for resources as their leader, coach, performance reviewer, and compliance and accountability owner.
As a Lead Manager, Client Shared Services - Overseeing Project Management Teams, you will
Develop, mentor, and coach members of the team
Develop and implement service level and quality standards, ensuring the team meets or exceeds expectations
Create and execute plans – provide clear and accurate documentation and ensure transparency of all work is available to the business in real-time
Manage change; coordinating efforts that contribute to organizational success
Be accountable for several key client-facing areas of CSS, which requires a high level of coordination and consultation to ensure that customer expectations are satisfied
Be a key driver as it relates to the Implementation support area, ensuring that client implementation objectives and deliverables are consistently met
About you
Previous experience in the travel industry
Experience in leading global teams
Proven success in leading projects in travel management operations
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
Must be reliable and be flexible with working hours based on the needs of the projects

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Manager, CSS Implementations – Projects – Change Management is between 95,000 and 105,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
