Sales Specialist
Description:
1. Work under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager and report to the Sales Manager on a daily basis.
2. Participate in creating sales strategies while staying informed about the artificial grass market and competitor offerings; identifying new sales opportunities to increase online product sales on Amazon, Wayfair, and company owned website, while enhancing business growth.
3. Make sales contact, track sales status and collect sales data and information for online order processing.
4. Participate in preparing sales reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for products and e-commerce services .
5. Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account activities and relevant problems.
