Salary: $13.70- $17.00 D.O.E.

CDJR of Hermiston, a leading automotive dealership in the Hermiston area, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are displayed attractively and in a tidy manner.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any damages or issues with vehicles on the lot.

Coordinate the movement of vehicles within the lot as directed by management.

Keep inventory records up to date and assist with the preparation of vehicles for test drives.

Work closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure seamless operations.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting and assisting customers when needed.

Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient lot operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Previous experience in a similar role or the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
