WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the driving force behind our Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal user experience and operational efficiency. Your key contributions will encompass:
Strategic User Lifecycle Management:Orchestrate the entire user lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to precise access control, ensuring optimal license utilization and security.
Rapid-Response Technical Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, delivering swift and effective technical solutions to maintain uninterrupted platform functionality.
Transformative Workflow Engineering:Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into sophisticated technical configurations within Salesforce and Litify, leveraging workflows, process automation, and custom solutions.
Innovation Through Automation:Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced automation strategies, employing Flows and Process Builder to drive efficiency and streamline complex processes.
Guardian of Data Integrity and Security:Implement and enforce rigorous data management protocols and security measures to safeguard sensitive information and maintain platform reliability.
Empowerment Through Knowledge Transfer:Create and deliver engaging training resources and comprehensive documentation to elevate user proficiency and foster widespread platform adoption.
Seamless Application Integration:Facilitate the integration of complementary applications, such as telephony systems, to enhance user workflows and create a unified platform experience.
Data-Driven Performance Optimization:Leverage analytical tools to monitor platform performance, track user engagement, and generate actionable insights through insightful dashboards and reports.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Technical Proficiency:2+ years of Salesforce administration, ideally with Sales Cloud and specialized platforms; proven Salesforce expertise (Trailhead or equivalent) with deep understanding of Salesforce security
Comprehensive Platform Management:User lifecycle, rapid technical support, sophisticated workflow configuration, advanced automation, data security, user training, application integration, and data-driven performance analysis; proficient in workflows, process builder, etc.
Problem-Solving & Collaborative Communication:Exceptional ability to analyze, communicate clearly, troubleshoot, resolve issues, and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
