Who You Are:

You are an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a rapidly changing environment. You are optimistic, reliable, self-motivated, and a team player. What You’ll Do:

Manage large and diverse teams across multiple geographies

Plan and execute large multi-brand, multi-locale, multilingual, multi-currency eCommerce projects and enterprise programs.

Coordinating with SI (System Integrator) teams and internal teams with excellent business communication skills

Liaising with vendor executive management for escalation, issue resolution

Analyse and own the risk mitigation plan. Ensure program/project deadlines are met and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures.

Create detailed Project Plans and project cost estimates with cross-functional team coordination and track them until closure.

Oversee project documentation, provide review feedback, and strong negotiation skills needed.

Conducted project reviews and created detailed status reports for the leadership team.

Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach wherever necessary.

You’ll Need to Have:

Bachelor’s Degree

Project Manager with at least 6+ years of IT experience, and 5+ years in E-commerce domain

4+ years in an enterprise commerce cloud platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce Cloud)

Extensive SI and vendor management experience, working with offshore teams.

Functional knowledge of SFCC modules, Business Manager, and SFCC Cartridges

Experience in the end-to-end process of onboarding a new vendor,

Create detailed status reports and provide project reviews for executive management.

Review and provide feedback on the vendor's SOWs, CRs

Liaise with multiple internal teams, including Business, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Security, for approvals of Budgets, Project charters, and Business cases.

We’d Love to See:

Experience executing multiple projects on the SFCC platform and experience in a significant transformation program.

Experience in handling large Programs involving multiple third-party vendors

Strong eCommerce domain knowledge and understanding of the SFCC ecosystem

Online tools knowledge such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Tools

Experienced in Agile/ Scrum development and delivery methodology

Bring innovation to the program/project execution, focusing on streamlining the delivery process

Compensation Range: $100,000.00-$115,000.00
