Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines to ensure optimal productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will be committed to workplace safety, food safety standards, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate assigned packaging machines to meet daily production targets.

Ensure packaged products meet all customer and regulatory specifications.

Inspect equipment before start-up and during changeovers to maintain performance and product integrity.

Monitor and maintain the smooth, safe operation of the packaging line and all associated equipment.

Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and improve line performance.

Train and guide line staff to ensure proper workflow and safety adherence.

Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating packaging machinery in a manufacturing or food production environment strongly preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills
