Your Role:

As a Substitute Esthetics Teacher, you will step into the classroom to ensure that students receive a seamless educational experience when their regular instructor is absent. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging lessons, leading hands-on demonstrations, and providing essential support to students as they learn the foundational techniques of esthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct lessons based on pre-established curriculum and lesson plans.

Demonstrate esthetics techniques through practical, hands-on sessions.

Evaluate student understanding and provide constructive feedback.

Assist in the ongoing development of the beauty program alongside faculty.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Active Esthetics license in the State of Indiana is mandatory.

Must possess an active Indiana State Beauty of Culture Educator License .

Previous experience in the esthetics field or teaching is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring students.

Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying teaching needs.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
