Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive decision-making and business strategies. You will work closely with various departments to collect, process, and analyze large datasets, ensuring that the data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources.

Analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights to support business operations and strategic goals.

Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Use statistical methods and data visualization techniques to communicate trends, patterns, and insights effectively.

Assist in the development and implementation of data management systems and tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

Develop predictive models and conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform decision-making.

Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

Experience with data manipulation and cleaning using tools such as Python, R, or similar programming languages is a plus.

Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a meaningful way.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling is a plus.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
