About the Role

Responsibilities

Manages data mapping and ETL processes between Fiserv and legacy systems to support accurate data transformation and migration.

Leverage deep Fiserv expertise to design scalable and efficient architectures tailored to Fiserv’s APIs, data models, and core banking integrations

Guide teams on best practices for integrating Fiserv services, ensuring high performance and security compliance

Rapidly identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in API calls, transaction processing, and data flows to enhance system reliability

Provide architectural consistency across all teams (pods), ensuring a unified approach to Fiserv integrations.

Show Us What You’ve Got

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

5+ years technical Business Systems Analysis experience

Experience working on projects in the Banking & Payments domain

Must have experience with data mapping, API specs, etc.

Ability to create Business Cases

Experience with creation of EPICs, and writing of User Stories to align with the project plan and scope

Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders

Knowledge of process re-engineering will be an advantage

Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users

Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, as well as others across the team/department

Track record of developing and bringing innovative solutions to problems

Ability to work across other related roles, for example Product Owner, as required

Agile methodology experience

Financial Services Industry experience
