Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator

Location: Fort Smith, AR

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Sewing Machine Operators to join our team in Fort Smith, AR. This position involves operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with sewing equipment, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

•Operate sewing machinery according to safety and production guidelines.

•Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function and address any issues.

•Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical problems.

•Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

•Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.

•Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

•Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines preferred.

•Ability to read and interpret machine instructions and specifications.

•Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

•Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
