About The Department · The IT Department is responsible for managing and supporting all technology systems within MRH.
Its primary goal is to ensure the secure, efficient, and compliant operation of digital infrastructure that supports clinical, administrative, and operational functions.
The department works closely with clinical and administrative staff to optimize workflows, integrate new technologies, manage data analytics, and support decision-making processes.
It also oversees software updates, cybersecurity measures, system interoperability, and the procurement of IT equipment and services.
About The Career: · The EMR Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure effective utilization of the hospital's electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
This role will provide training on Meditech Client Server, T-Systems Emergency Room, and eClinicalWorks Ambulatory, with future training responsibilities on Epic as the hospital transitions to a new EMR platform.
The EMR Trainer will work closely with clinical and administrative staff to enhance system adoption, optimize workflows, and improve patient care efficiency.
All About You: · Associate or bachelor's degree in a healthcare discipline, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in EMR training, clinical informatics, or healthcare IT may substitute for the degree requirement.
· Prior experience in clinical or healthcare operations.
· Experience with Epic training or implementation preferred.
