Enterprise Systems Manager

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Manager to oversee and optimize our organization's enterprise systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent. This role involves managing system integration, ensuring security, and leading a team to deliver efficient and reliable IT solutions. Candidates must successfully pass a background check prior to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems and applications.

Ensure seamless integration of enterprise systems with other IT infrastructure.

Develop and enforce policies and procedures for system usage and security.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Lead system upgrades, migrations, and other improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems with business objectives.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of enterprise solutions.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the enterprise systems team.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise systems management or a similar role.

Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and IT infrastructure.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
