Position – Machine Operator

Job Location – Sussex, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 3:30pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $17.50-$19.00/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

The Machine Operator will be responsible for many duties and tasks, but will be mainly working with mechanical and hydraulic stamping press equipment. They should be familiar with 5-Axis laser cutting machines, as well.

Responsibilities

-Load and align material onto machine

-Ensure finished part quality is up to standard

-Maintain scrap counts until end of shift (Attention to detail and precision is key)

Qualifications

-2+years in manufacturing industry, specifically with 5-Axis Laser and stamping presses

-HS Diploma/GED preferred

-Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and attendance is crucial
