(W2 Only) Onsite - Project Manager II

The position is onsite! But will have 1 day flexibility of remote, under W2 only, No C2C, C2H.

12 Month contract with conversion to permanent and extension

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Main Responsibilities:

• Special projects for a Global large scale. Will assist with projects associated with impact ingredients, packaging, or manufacturing sites.

Project planning, timeline reporting, project deliverables, facilitating meeting, action items.

Skills:

• Packaging background (good to have)

• Regulatory understanding

• Microsoft Office Suites

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Ability to create detailed project plans and timelines

• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies

• Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders and team members

• Adaptability: Being flexible and adjusting to changes in the project scope or timeline

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed

• Looking for 5-8 years experience in Project Leadership roles.

Full coordination with the on-site team.

Tracking and ensuring compliance with regulatory laws.

Timely organization and management of Statements of Work (SOWs).

Tracking actions and progress of cross-functional teams.

Ensuring projects are driven to successful completion.

Global interaction with clients and suppliers.

Coordination and oversight of project activities.

Understanding of global regulations.
