What you will do:
Act as the primary point of contact, cultivating long-term relationships with customers.
Manage your portfolio effectively through productivity and pipeline monitoring.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Maintain client satisfaction by providing exceptional service daily.
Drive sales and profit margins through effective account management.
Meet or exceed set productivity metrics and sales goals.
Establish and nurture business relationships both internally and externally.
Make proactive outbound calls to expand our customer base.
Educate clients on our diverse product offerings, programs, and consolidation opportunities.
What you bring to the team:

Experience selling to multiple levels within small to mid-sized businesses.
Superior oral and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications, notably Microsoft Office.
Adept at thriving in a quick-changing workplace.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
6 months or more experience in sales or a customer service role (preferred).
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, along with relationship-building expertise.
Willingness to work on-site at our Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in account management or relevant fields.
Strong business acumen and strategic sales understanding.
