Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with electrical systems and PLCs is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Salary info:
$35 - $40 / hr
Full-time
