Job Description
Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support the United States Air Force Sentinel Systems Directorate. A successful candidate should be a leader and problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment. This position requires onsite support at Hill Air Force Base, UT.
Responsibilities:
Support the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab under supervision
Assist in integrating security protocols within DevSecOps workflows
Collaborate with team members to manage infrastructure and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Packer
Gain hands-on experience with cloud systems, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, by supporting deployments and architecture setups
Learn and assist in software development using Java, Spring framework, Python, JavaScript, or Angular
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, software development or STEM related specialty
10+ years' experience in full stack development
2+ years of relevant experience performing engineering activities in the Government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit or non-profit Government support, or development contractor arena
Experience in agile software development
Experience in the following Programming : Go, C, C++, Kotlin, Java, Python, and NodeJS
Familiarity and knowledge of: Docker/containerization, Git, Linux, bash, GitLab CI/CD, DevSecOps principles
Self motivated with a desire to learn and improve
Experience with CI/CD static and dynamic scanning tools
US and an active TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Kubernetes/Container orchestrations
Experience with cloud based systems
Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code)
This position is located in Ogden, UT. The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $165,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
