Job Responsibilities
Ensure safety is the top priority for all team members and guests
Foster a foodie culture by sharing passion for food with team members and guests
Supervise and train team members and oversee stocking and receiving processes
Provide exceptional guest service and address inquiries and requests
Build rapport with vendors and suppliers to enhance the store's product assortment
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Prepare and maintain inventory records, calculate monthly gross profits
Utilize company applications and attend daily team huddles
