Housekeeper- Fairfield Inn/Towneplace Suites

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to uphold the highest cleanliness standards for all guest rooms and common areas in our hotel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to providing a welcoming environment for our guests.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Room Maintenance

Change and replace all bed linens and towels to ensure guest comfort.

Sanitize and clean all restrooms to maintain hygiene standards.

Dust and wipe down all room surfaces, including windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Vacuum and mop all floors, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

Restock all room amenities and supplies to meet guest needs.

Ensure all rooms are set up according to company standards prior to guest arrival.

Workstation Management

Maintain a clean and organized personal workstation, properly stocked with sheets, towels, and amenities.

Complete daily housekeeping reports accurately and efficiently.

Guest Relations

Offer assistance to guests whenever possible, promoting a positive hotel experience.

Respond to and follow up on all guest requests to ensure satisfaction with hotel services and accommodations.

Resolve escalated customer relations issues professionally.

Answer inquiries related to hotel policies and services, providing clear and helpful information.

Safety and Security:

Ensure systems and procedures are in place and adhered to for guest safety and security.

Report any maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staff promptly.

Inform the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk staff when rooms are ready for new guests.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred.

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining attention to detail.

Superior customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.

Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25-50 pounds frequently.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including day and morning shifts.
