Supply Chain Manager
Location: Renew Truck – New Boston, Texas
Renew Truck is a leader in spotter truck repair and remanufacturing nationwide. We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relations to support our production goals.
Primary responsibilities include:
•Leadership, Management, Accountability
•Supply Chain Sustainment and stock levels
•SCM Growth and Professionalism in the company vision
•Achieving budgeted parts targets for jobs
•Sustains companies preferred suppliers.
•Presents future market fluctuations for advanced procurement.
•Assist in setting company revenue targets for company growth.
•Review and maintain good record of purchasing files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure availability of documentation when requested.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years industry knowledge preferred
Previous management position
Experience in hiring, firing, employee performance improvement strategy, facilitating meetings and conducting group training
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office Teams
Exercises initiative in self-development, employee development and company growth
Self-motivated; measures self against standards of excellence; takes calculated risks to accomplish goals
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Reliable
Innovative
Valid driver’s license
Ability to travel undirected
High school diploma required; Degree of relevance preferred
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, and walking including ascending and descending stairs
Ability to safely lift up to 10 pounds
Communicating with others to exchange information
