Advance CNC has an opening for an Administrative Support and Sourcing Coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales group, while managing procurement activities such as identifying potential suppliers, negotiating pricing, and issuing purchase orders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in procurement, and a commitment to quality work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative support for the sales team to effectively meet customer requirements
Identify vendors, negotiate pricing and complete cost and lead time for quotes from a diverse range of vendors
Cultivate partnerships with vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality outcomes
DESIRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant software
Proven experience in sales support, administrative roles, or purchasing/procurement
Proficiency in vendor relationship management

COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
80 hours paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year. Get an additional 8 PTO hours each year (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year)
