Maintenance Technician â $25/hr+ Full-Time Bourbon, IN

Pro Resources is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire opportunity at CT Polymer in Bourbon, IN. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, electrical experience, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team!

Pay & Schedule:

Starting at $25/hr

12-hour shifts (7:00â 7:30, days or nights)

2-2-3-3 rotating schedule

Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical equipment

Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities

Work with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, welding, and fabrication

Read blueprints and schematics

Assist with equipment setup and training production staff

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience

Ability to use hand/power tools, welding equipment, forklifts, and diagnostic tools

Must own basic tools

Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
