Maintenance Manager â $100,000 Salary Bourbon, IN Direct Hire

Pro Resources is hiring a seasoned Maintenance Manager for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing facility in Bourbon, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong electrical experience and a proven track record in industrial maintenance management.

Salary & Schedule:

$100,000 annual salary

Full-time, on-site

Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all maintenance operations, processes, and staff

Manage and improve preventive and predictive maintenance systems

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal maintenance personnel

Develop maintenance SOPs and utilize CMMS software for tracking

Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime to support production goals

Qualifications:

10+ years of manufacturing experience; plastics or extrusion preferred

5+ years in a maintenance leadership role

Strong electrical systems expertise (PLC, VFDs, motor controls)

Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management

Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software (e.g., FIIX)

Degree in engineering or related field preferred
