We are looking for a Coordinator, Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all walk-in customers, providing solutions and product recommendations.
Handle call-in orders, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
Assist new customers in identifying solutions and establishing initial sales relationships.
Manage all transactional paperwork, including processing credit card payments, generating invoices, and tracking sales documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front counter area.
Act as a liaison between outside sales reps and internal systems to support timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Convert quotes into sales orders, ensuring all pricing, terms, and scope are accurate.
Manage the flow of contracts between BS Legal and customers until final approval and signature.
Serve as the gatekeeper for job starts by ensuring all necessary documentation (contracts, approvals, payments) is complete, accurate, and compliant.
Support tracking and follow-up of outstanding paperwork or customer requirements that may delay job execution.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or operations coordinator role.
Experience in the construction, industrial services, or related industry a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce preferred.

The salary for this position is $65,000 annually.
