POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports OrePacs growth objectives and enhances its market presence. This position is responsible for providing leadership to a team of direct-reports and building an environment that focuses on employee engagement and OrePacs core values.
The Manager of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive OrePacs brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. This position will oversee all marketing activities including campaign development, budget management, and analysis to achieve business objectives, while reporting on marketing performance and aligning with overall company goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage staffing in accordance with company policies and applicable state and federal laws, including:
Interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
Training, developing, and appraising employees (including new hire orientation and performance reviews).
Planning, assigning, and directing work.
Rewarding and disciplining employees (including termination).
Taking corrective action as necessary in a timely manner.
Addressing complaints and resolving personnel issues.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and increase market penetration. This involves combining traditional marketing with digital strategies to effectively engage target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Employ analytical tools and KPIs to guide strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts. Focus on comprehensive metrics (including website performance and market trends) to drive growth and increase marketing Return On Investment (ROI).
Create and implement strategic marketing plans. Spearhead collaborative efforts with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft and implement targeted campaigns. Ensure that marketing plans align with sales objectives and the companys broader strategic goals.
Manage the creation and dissemination of all marketing content, ensuring it aligns with OrePacs brand identity and meets the markets needs. Lead the marketing communications strategy, including digital content and direct marketing initiatives. Translate corporate branding and marketing strategies in ways that are relevant to local and regional dynamics. Establish brand consistency and ensure that the feeling and aesthetic is carried out consistently within every element of the company ventures.
Actively engage with key market players (including stakeholders and customers) to gather insights and feedback. Utilize this information to refine marketing strategies and product offerings, ensuring they align with customer expectations and market trends.
Drive sales through the strategic promotion of products, leveraging both internal and vendor resources. Oversee the development, monitoring, and execution of the annual marketing budget to reach the target audience effectively.
Work closely with branch leadership to create and execute regional growth strategies, sales, and marketing plans that align with business goals and exceed market rates of growth.
Develop and activate the annual marketing calendar to drive sales and build the brand in partnership with merchandising, operations, and sales.

Ability to compute basic math problems to include addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
4 to 7 years of marketing experience, including 2 to 3 years of people management experience in strategic marketing roles.[KS1]
Knowledge of building materials is desired.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or related fields is preferred.
Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role.
