JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Content Strategist and take a leading role in shaping and optimizing our content landscape on DeoVR. With content expertise, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of RecSys, user behavior, and visual content performance, you’ll drive engagement and discovery.

Own the process, refine content strategy, and make our platform more engaging, valuable, and high-performing—especially if you're passionate about the industry and excited to dive into its unique dynamics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze content (video, image) performance and publishing schedules to boost engagement

Identify top-performing visual content and fill gaps to improve user experience

Develop content strategies aligned with user journeys and business goals

Identify trends in thumbnails, previews, and visual content performance to automate the selection of high-impact visuals

Work with developers and data team to enhance RecSys and visual content recommendations

Stay updated on market trends and engage with communities to understand audience needs

YOUR PROFILE:

Background in content, platform operations, marketing, or a related field

Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and enhance content performance

Understanding of RecSys, content feeds, and platform optimization

Skilled at translating data insights into impactful content strategies that drive engagement

Proactive and strategic thinker who knows what attracts, engages, and scales

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Passionate about immersive tech and high-performance content
