Job Title: Order Picker
Job Description
The Order Picker is responsible for efficiently pulling orders for outbound company trucks or clients visiting the yard. This role involves the operation of sitdown forklifts and requires pulling orders from both the product yard outside and product stored inside. The position also includes the use of overhead hoists as needed, providing direct face-to-face customer service, and performing general cleanup of the yard and production area.
Responsibilities
Pull orders for outbound trucks and clients visiting the yard.
Operate sitdown forklifts effectively.
Retrieve orders from both outdoor product yard and indoor product storage.
Utilize overhead hoists as necessary.
Provide direct customer service through face-to-face interactions.
Maintain cleanliness of the yard and production area.Essential Skills
Proficiency in order picking and material handling.
Experience with inventory management and loading processes.
Capability to operate forklifts.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings depending on where the product is located. The attire consists of jeans and a t-shirt, and the company provides necessary safety gear including a hard hat, safety vest, and safety glasses.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, Montana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
