Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team and participate in the electronic assembly build process. The ideal candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot wiring harnesses and conduct functional and continuity tests of electrical assemblies, components, and harnesses. This role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing quality, dependable work.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot wiring harnesses and participate in the electronic assembly build process.

Conduct functional and continuity tests of electrical assemblies, components, and harnesses.

Utilize power tools, multimeters, and wire strippers to assemble products.

Operate various measuring equipment related to electronics such as a digital multi-meter and basic hand and power tools.

Work across multiple departmental disciplines and demonstrate good motor skills for fine assembly.

Check for defects, identify issues, and ensure full color acuity.

Maintain high volume manufacturing standards.

Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules and goals.

Lift up to 60 lbs as required.Essential Skills

Proficiency in soldering and assembly.

Experience in electronic assembly and production assembler roles.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work across multiple departmental disciplines.

Strong motor skills for fine assembly tasks.

Experience in high volume manufacturing.

Work Environment

The work environment is focused on the assembly of electric vehicle charging solutions, utilizing various tools and equipment. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, in a facility committed to quality and innovation. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Greenbelt,MD.
