Hiring CNC Operators in Greeley, CO
Join a dynamic team as a CNC Operator, where you will be responsible for operating CNC machines in a machine shop environment. This role involves working on either a CNC Mill or CNC Lathe, loading parts, running machines, unloading parts, and performing quality inspections using various hand tools. You will also be expected to communicate any machine or quality errors to lead machinists.
Pay: $20.00hr - $27.00hr(depending on experience/opportunity for advancement/willing to train entry level operators)
Shift: 1st shift
Monday - Thursday, 6AM-4:30PM OR Friday - Sunday 5AM-5:30PM
Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC Mill or CNC Lathe in a machine shop environment.
Load and unload parts efficiently.
Perform quality inspections using hand inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Utilize blueprints for accurate machining.
Read and learn basic G & M code.
Communicate machine errors and quality issues to lead machinists.
Small shop environment equipped with a combination of mills, lathes, swiss, and manual machines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with CNC Mill or Lathe operation in a machine shop environment or experience from trade school.
Ability to perform quality inspections.
Proficiency in loading materials onto machines.
Understanding of blueprints.
Familiarity with machining concepts and tools such as calipers, micrometers, and inspection techniques.
Knowledge of Fanuc and Haas systems.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
