Extrusion Machine Operator - Garland, Tx1st Shift - $20/hrJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our team in manufacturing high-quality plastic films for printers, converters, and end users. Our facility is equipped with the finest technologies and production equipment available in the industry, ensuring top-notch plastics solutions.

Responsibilities

Order all material necessary to manufacture and package the appropriate product.

Load and change raw materials.

Troubleshoot and maintain the machine.

Clean the machine and the immediate area, ensuring equipment and materials are neat and orderly.

Perform and document quality and processing audits.

Initiate, maintain, and complete all required paperwork for the position.

Conduct safety and quality inspections.

Meet production and quality standards consistently.

Relieve packers for breaks as needed.Essential Skills

Minimum of 1 year extrusion experience.

Mechanical aptitude.

Extrusion machine and process knowledge.

Machine operation expertise.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Forklift experience required (any kind).

Work Environment

Work 1st Shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Engage in a facility that values neatness and orderliness, ensuring a productive and safe workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garland, Texas.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
