Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and a knack for administrative tasks? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a thriving company in the heart of San Diego as an Accounting Administrative Assistant!

About the Role: As an Accounting Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting team with various administrative tasks. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering a competitive pay range of $23-$25 per hour. You'll be working full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.

Prepare and distribute financial reports and documents as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
